These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and idcoin. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the idcoin platform. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and funds returned.
All transactions on idcoin are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No currency conversion fees apply.
All bonuses offered by idcoin are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus-specific terms are disclosed at the time of each offer.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one idcoin account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. idcoin will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the member failed to secure their credentials.
idcoin provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off tools. We reserve the right to implement mandatory restrictions on any account that shows signs of problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one Account on the idcoin platform. Operating more than one Account — whether directly or through a proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. idcoin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where inaccurate or misleading registration information is identified.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify idcoin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. idcoin may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account.
4.1 Currency. All Accounts on idcoin are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idcoin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on your behalf.
4.2 Deposit Methods. idcoin accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. idcoin does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of idcoin.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by idcoin's payment processor. Any delay arising from your bank or e-wallet provider is outside idcoin's control.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and verified during the KYC process. idcoin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. idcoin targets the following processing windows for verified Members: BCA and BRI transfers — under 5 minutes; BNI and Mandiri transfers — under 10 minutes; OVO, DANA, GoPay — instant. These times are measured from idcoin's internal approval and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases requiring additional security review.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. idcoin reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method, and source-of-funds declarations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined.
4.7 Funds Source. By making any deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment instrument used.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. idcoin offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this clause.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the individual offer terms.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. idcoin reserves the right to determine Member eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its absolute discretion. Members who have self-excluded or applied deposit limits may be excluded from receiving promotional offers during the relevant restriction period.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit, or any other practice that idcoin deems to constitute bonus abuse — will have their Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds forfeited. idcoin may additionally suspend or permanently close the Member's Account.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the individual offer terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account automatically without further notice.
5.6 Seasonal Promotions. idcoin may offer seasonal or event-based promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, the FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF). Each seasonal promotion will carry its own specific terms, which will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion.
6.1 Accepted Wagers. All wagers placed on the idcoin platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. idcoin sets minimum and maximum stake limits for each market and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and may be adjusted by idcoin at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Obvious Errors. idcoin reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the Member's Account Balance.
6.4 Result Finality. Once a sporting event or game round has been settled and the result confirmed, the outcome is final. idcoin will not reverse a settled result except in cases of proven data error, where reversal will be applied uniformly to all affected wagers.
6.5 In-Play Betting. Wagers placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the precise moment the wager is confirmed. idcoin cannot guarantee that in-play odds will remain unchanged during the brief period between bet placement and confirmation due to the real-time nature of live markets.
6.6 Game Integrity. All casino and slot game outcomes on the idcoin platform are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. idcoin does not influence, manipulate, or have any advance knowledge of individual game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idcoin platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:
8.1 Verification Obligation. idcoin is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold. By registering an Account, you consent to idcoin conducting identity verification checks.
8.2 Required Documents. idcoin may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
8.3 Verification Timeline. idcoin will endeavor to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of verification.
8.4 Refusal of Verification. If a Member is unwilling or unable to provide the documentation requested, idcoin reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend the Account, or return the Account Balance via the original deposit method and close the Account permanently.
9.1 idcoin provides its platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idcoin expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2 idcoin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the idcoin platform or Services, including but not limited to losses arising from:
9.3 In any event, idcoin's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Member at the time the claim arises.
10.1 idcoin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 idcoin uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Member financial data is stored in isolated, access-controlled environments separate from general application infrastructure.
10.3 idcoin will not sell, rent, or commercially transfer your personal data to any third party, except as required by law, as necessary to process payments via our authorized payment partners, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by idcoin, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted in writing to [email protected].
11.1 idcoin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. We provide a range of player protection tools that any Member may activate at any time by contacting our support team.

12.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting idcoin support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees or pending wager settlements.
12.2 idcoin-Initiated Closure. idcoin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
12.3 Where an Account is closed by idcoin due to proven fraud or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, idcoin reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to the relevant law enforcement authority.
13.1 idcoin operates under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idcoin holds its primary operating license. The application of that governing law does not prejudice any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of idcoin's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
13.3 idcoin is an internationally licensed and regulated platform. We do not represent that the Services are available or legally permissible in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the idcoin platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
14.1 idcoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by direct communication to the email address registered to the Member's Account.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the idcoin platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account.
14.3 idcoin will maintain a reasonable notice period of not less than seven (7) days before material changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity.
